I am officially a



Vegetarian!!




Okay. I wanted to sound so excited but I guess I failed.. Never mind, der.

Actually, this is the first day of my Diet Program. So. What am trying to do is actually losing weight of course.

Pesanan ikhlas buat Cik Tubuh Badan:

Let's work harder miss booty and shake off some fat!!!


Woohooo. Okay. Aku sangat bersemangat. Yes. I am in this raging emotion trying to be disciplined enough to keep myself and especially de mouth from salivating when looking at 'THE' food. My fave, of course : Chicken, dude!!! I am a chicken maniac, macam Onew Oppa saya. And I couldn't resist myself whenever I see chicken. So...

Ini adalah pertama kali aku menahan lapar dan dahaga untuk tidak memakan ayam.


Oh, my ciken. Maafkan saya.


So.. Listing down what I have consumed so far today. Maybe these are not 'THE' healthiest of all, but for the first time, untuk aku yang masih baby steps dalam menjalani program DIET secara serius ini, sudah dikira BAIK (pada pandangan aku, kihkih).

1) Vitagen (RM1.00) -Okay this one, definitely not a LESS SUGAR version. Ampun CIK TUBUH BADAN. But thinking this one will provide goodness to my little tummy, ku belikan jugak.

2) Wafer Choc Nestle (RM 0.60) - This was bought after I look thoroughly dekat nutrien facts tu. So, aku skip part fat, carbs semua, aku terus masuk part energy. Tengok-tengok, 89 kcal, aku dan nawaitu tak-boleh-pakai terus assumed wafer ni, mampu get me through the whole day. And it tasted, yums for sure. Ngeeee.

3) Sourz (Ice cream) (RM 1.20)- Ini adalah dessert terakhir setelah menconsume semua meal courses hari ini.


Total consumption: RM 2.80 (Totally worth IT, bro)


I guess, my tummy is happy. Then, I should be HAPPY. Should I? Eh eh eh eh.. Hasutan shaitonnirrojjim..... Isk isk isk...

kena banyak exercise.
itu je key point dia.
make sure tiap hari jogging.
5 minit cukup dah, asal jog.

ang x nk mkn nasik langsung ka apa ni??actually better if ang mkn roti je dr wafer tu..lg kenyang...roti for bekpes....petang mkn bihun sup or anything yg bersup...malam mkn biskut 3 keping SAHAJA dengan milo segelas...try tis for 1 month...rsenye bley mnjadik...and for reward ang boleh makan nasi on weekend tapi nasi kene sikit..dalam 1 senduk SAHAJA....sayur lebih...n bley pilih either ayam or daging or ikan tapi better yang bakar la...mesti makan sayur...cam na??
